We are in beautiful California this week enjoying some vacation time. This is actually our first trip so far away that isn't visiting family. We've had a great time and have to go home tomorrow. I just figured out how to post from my phone so more pics will come as I download them off the camera.
The drive was really long, we broke it up by staying at mikes parent house but still it was about 18 hours altogether!! We are staying out of the city about 20 mins north. Our hotel is wonderful, we got a one bedroom suite so we have lots of room, a kitchen and really nice hotel grounds. We are near shops and restaurants.
So we explored sea world, the zoo , the safari park, the USS midway and Coronado island. Lots of walking! Here are some photos!
